Maksima builds up teams of surveyors for personnel and specalization areas for, in particular, large, catastrophical and complicated / complex claims, and such teams handle and complete the process in the best and more correct way solving all the problems encountered from first moment of risk occurrence or claims handling to moment of finalization. Maksima has staff and facilities to render a team consisting of an adequate number of surveyors always ready, for and at any time required and at any place demanded. This “survey organization” is handled under guidance and control of 3 executive officers of Maksima who know very well that personal knowledge and skills are not enough to carry out an operation consisting of various processes and who have a high level of knowledge and insight. This “survey organization” managed to get a success beyond expectations of both insureds and insurers. Service standardization and criteria are assured and warranted by ISO 9001, an international quality assessment system, regardless of scope and dimensions of the work carried out. On that score, all of the process starting from receipt of notice to finalization of the work in such a way to cover all analyses and investigations, are carried out in accordance with the written procedure set under ISO 9001 standards.
